Ajax is planning an ambitious transfer and is targeting Bayern Munich’s trendsetter

Ajax have set their sights on Lovro Zvonarek . According to the usually well-informed Florian Plettenberg of Sky Sports, the Amsterdam club is one of the clubs interested in the nineteen-year-old attacking midfielder from Bayern Munich.

Zvonarek is considered one of Bayern’s biggest talents. The top talent still has a contract with the German powerhouse until the summer of 2027, but can gain experience elsewhere on loan.

According to Plattenberg, many clubs are interested in Zvonarek. “Mainz, Ajax, Sporting and Anderlecht,” lists the journalist, who expects a decision on Zvonarek’s sporting future in the short term.

Zvonarek is a born Croatian who was picked up by Bayern from Slaven Belupo two years ago for around 1.8 million euros. He played five games for Bayern in the Bundesliga last season. He managed to score one goal.
