Speaking fluent Spanish, the 25-year-old said: “Being here is unbelievable. I’ve dreamed for years of playing for Real Madrid and today it’s my dream come true. I’m a happy boy.”

“I will give my life to this club and to this slogan. I’m proud to achieve my dream and become a player at the best club in the history of football.”

Mbappe was presented at a legendary ceremony at the club’s stadium in Madrid in the presence of the club’s former coach, Frenchman Zinedine Zidane.

Mbappe underwent a medical examination at the Sanitas Lamor Aleja University Hospital.

Real Madrid, champions of the Champions League and La Liga, had earlier announced that they would present Mbappe, on Tuesday at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.

Club president Florentino Perez welcomed the newcomer at the official signing ceremony that will link Mbappe with the capital club for the next five seasons, AFP reports.

The Mbappe, 25-year-old, announced his departure from the French club Paris Saint-Germain on the tenth of last May, after 7 years spent defending his colors and succeeded in becoming the best scorer in its history, where he scored 256 goals in 308 games in various competitions.
